I'm Ashley, an intern mental health counselor and graduate student at Hunter College pursuing a master's degree in Mental Health Counseling. With experience as an elementary school teacher in both China and New York City, I bring a unique perspective to therapy, blending Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic techniques.
