Fulton Family Psychiatry, a leading online psychiatric private practice, is seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant to join our compassionate and forward-thinking team. At Fulton Family Psychiatry, we specialize in treating adults and children using alternative and complementary treatments that promote mental health without the use of controlled substances. We adhere strictly to federal laws and do not prescribe controlled substances via telemedicine, focusing instead on empowering our patients to make informed decisions about their mental health.

Position Overview:
We seek a highly skilled and compassionate Physician Assistants (PA)  that share our beliefs in treating the whole person, not just their symptoms, while integrating various holistic modalities to promote overall well-being. You do not need any experience in psychiatry or mental health being that our Medical Director will train you and will continue to be supervising you all troughout your journey with us, teaching you not only about interviewing, diagnosing, and medication management - but also about nutrition, exercise, life style changes and psychotherapeutic interventions. 


  • Conduct initial evaluations and 30-minute follow-up sessions with patients via telemedicine.

  • Assist patients seeking a second opinion on their current medication regimen or exploring the possibility of reducing or discontinuing their medication.

  • Collaborate with Dr. Matip, our esteemed Medical Director, who will provide comprehensive training and continuous support.

  • Engage in continuous learning through lectures and ground rounds with medical students, fostering professional growth and skill enhancement.

  • Utilize our user-friendly Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, supported by a dedicated clerical team.

  • Encourage patients to explore their own experiences with psychotherapy, enhancing their overall well-being.


  • Board certification and state licensure as a Physician Assistant.

  • Graduate from an accredited Physician Assistant program. 

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to empathetically engage with patients.

  • Strong commitment to patient care, mental health advocacy, and holistic treatment approaches.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, supportive environment.

  • Prior psychiatric experience is not required; we value a willingness to learn and grow over previous experience.
