Weekly group starting summer 2024. Register today to secure your spot ahead of time! The #1 complication of childbirth is Postpartum Depression or other mood disorders, known as Perinatal Mood & Anxiety Disorder (PMADs). In this weekly group, we will be covering all topics associated with being a new mom, pregnancy, postpartum, health and wellness, and steps to take to improve your mental health throughout your maternal experience!
